What is an annual meeting?
Our annual meeting is a yearly gathering for our cooperative members, employees, and board directors. This meeting gives us a chance to reflect on the past year and plan for the future. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our typical in-person format to be 100% virtual instead.
Why do we host annual meetings?
At Agfinity, we believe that our members should be informed about what’s going on in their cooperative. Annual meetings allow us to provide updates on current events and initiatives while celebrating our members, our local communities, and our team.
What do we cover in an annual meeting?
During our annual meetings, we cover several important updates in regards to the overall health of your Cooperative, such as the Board Chairman report, CEO report, CFO report, board election results, and frequently asked questions from our membership. Since this year’s annual meeting will be virtual, we are requesting members submit any questions they have regarding their cooperative in advance on this form. Each submitted question will be answered directly and published on our website for members to view.
In addition to our traditional elements of an annual meeting, we will also be sharing inspiring brand videos that highlight our membership and engaged employee team while tying into this year’s theme: Honoring the legacy, building the future.
