On Thursday, August 18th, we hosted our 6th Annual Stalwart Agfinity Scholarship Golf Tournament Fundraiser at the Mariana Butte golf course. With the participation and support of our members, customers, and business sponsors, a new scholarship fundraising milestone of $85k was fundraised to go towards next year’s scholarship program. This was accomplished through generous sponsorships, participant registrations, and raffle ticket purchases.
One word comes to mind for the Agfinity team and its gratitude. To witness and experience a result like this is a clear demonstration that the future of agriculture in our local and global communities is bright. The cooperative spirit is in everything we do here at Agfinity – together collectively and collaboratively we are stronger. How wonderful it is to see our members, customers, and business partners come together and produce a result like this.
In only six years, the Stalwart Agfinity Scholarship program has grown tremendously. In the last three years alone, the cooperative has reached a total of 160,000 dollars fundraised. And in the last two years, this scholarship has been awarded to a total of 33 students.
Scholarship Program
Lifelong Learning is a core value at Agfinity and although our scholarship recipients may vary in majors, universities, and even states, they all have one thing in common – they believe in the future of agriculture. The Stalwart Agfinity Scholarship program was built to cultivate and invest in our future ag advocates.
The world needs ag advocates in every industry, every business, and every state. And that is why our cooperative’s scholarship program does not require applicants to be studying a specific major. We only require applicants to be attending or plan to attend an accredited four-year college, two-year technical school, or community college.

Due to the amazing results from this year’s fundraising event, the cooperative will be able to invest in even more students headed off to higher education. The scholarship program application details will be released in December of 2022.
