Agfinity, Inc., one of the largest and most prominent agriculture cooperatives in the state of Colorado, announced its distribution of $1.3 million in patronage refunds to more than 1,100 local agriculture producers and members across Colorado.
As owners of the cooperative, Agfinity members share in the financial success of the profitable businesses through patronage dividends. This $1.3 million patronage distribution was split evenly between cash and non-qualified notices of allocated equity. It was through the support and profitability of the loyalty of their members, that Agfinity has been and continues to be successful.

We are committed to sharing the cooperative’s success through a patronage refund on qualified purchases while investing in assets that will allow us to serve the members better and help their operations continue to be profitable today and well into the future. Our debt-to-equity ratio is very low, which provides the cooperative continued opportunities to invest in the future of agriculture and business in the communities in which we serve.” said Agfinity President and CEO, Jason Brancel.
