Loveland, CO. August 29, 2022. The Agfinity Cooperative Board of Directors is pleased to announce and welcome Mr. Dan Riddle as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective October 1st, 2022. Mr. Riddle has been with the Agfinity Cooperative since 1997 serving in several leadership and management roles such as Director of Feed Operations, Executive Vice President of Feed & Grain, and most recently Interim CEO.
The Board utilized a CEO Selection committee to engage in a nationwide search with a recruiting firm that attracted over 300 applicants. Candidates were rigorously reviewed, and numerous interviews were completed as we narrowed our search. Mr. Riddle rose to the top of the candidates. “Dan has demonstrated his commitment to the cooperative, the members’ success, and to expanding his leadership role within the company to provide stakeholder value in the past and future,” expressed Board Chair Kent Kalcevic.
Dan Riddle stated, “It is a great opportunity to lead this cooperative. I look forward to focusing on our member-owners and customers and providing them the valuable solutions and services they need to be successful today and in the future.”
